FRANKLY, I GET IT.
I've lived that silent daily grief of ‘what happened to me' and ‘am I stuck like this forever?'
It took a lot of intrinsic work, a lot of sleepless nights before I surrendered….before I realized that putting myself first was a necessity to get out of burout; to ditch the overwhelm & cravings & all the ugly sympotms that come with ignoring yourself. It was time to Get Real,Trish. If I was going to be around for my kids, something definitely needed to change.
Out of this struggle, I found a passion for helping high-achieving women who are committed to finally feeling AND being better. It took me years to figure out how to overcome the daily exhaustion, mood swings, and foggy thinking… and once I did, I knew it was my purpose to share it.
