My studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Institute, Health Coach Institute, where I studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming and my deep exploration into gut health, mental health, and energy medicine have helped me and 1,000's of others journey from Burnout to Balanced.
