Hi, I’m Trish Ward, the Soulful Nutritionist.

I am deeply passionate about helping committed individuals and families find the nutrients and lifestyle habits that work for their unique bio-individuality so they can live symptom-free with much happiness and joy.

If you are frustrated with daily exhaustion, mood instability and foggy thinking and Burnout doesn’t even begin to describe it…I’m glad you are here. I know you are tired of trying all of the different ‘diets’ and plans out there…it’s so much to sift through, isn’t it?



My journey from Burnout to Balanced started decades ago when I had pushed my own limits and drove myself into the ground.

At one point I really thought I could do it all. The kids, the job, the social life…but one day my body decided to stop me in my tracks, shake me by my shoulders and say “no more!”

It all started when my second child (I’m the proud momma of 3) was born. Like all parents, we have no idea what we are in for, but my little guy was born with special needs and I was completely thrown off my rocker. Our days consisted of hospitals, therapies, evaluations, pokings, prodings and lots of tears.


I trained hard, and I pushed myself to the limit… like I did with everything else. I hit a point where the harder I pushed, the slower I got, the more depleted I felt burnout set in and started to eat at my ability to be a great mom, business woman and human.

My quest to figure out what was going on with me led me to find out that every vitamin and mineral that could be depleted was, my hormomes were completely out of whack, my adrenals were blown out and my gut was a mess. And so began my journey to figure out what was going on with my body and my mental state (let’s just say the afternoons with 3 babies weren’t so pretty) It was a long road to fix these nutritional gaps.

And with time and effort (and support from my husband)-  my whole world shifted. I went from zapped and uninspired to feeling refreshed and present for my kids, my business, my friends… like the person I once knew…and liked!

This brought me on the path towards helping other Committed Doer’s, and Overachievers Go from Burnout to Balanced.


I know you struggle to find the time to stay healthy. Your precious time is currently filled with to-do’s and tasks that have you fall into bed exhausted, unable to stop the endless stream of thoughts and wondering if you’ve done enough. Dedicating time to eating right for you is exactly what you want. But where to start?

And, you’re worn-out… tired of the running dialogue in your head of all the ‘shoulds’ and ‘needs’ that you know would get your health back on track, but your schedule is already maxed and there is only so much of you to go around. 

Wouldn’t it be great to shut the world out, curl up on the couch and come up with a Plan to get yourself back together? (I mean, you know she’s in there, she rocked it in her 20’s & 30’s!) You don’t have time to crumble, but time & direction is exactly the issue. 


My practice is built on finding solutions to your unique health challenges, holistically because I sure know what it’s like to have no energy, but a deep burning desire to feel amazing.
